Jon Taus is an educator and AI integration leader with 15 years of experience teaching at the secondary level. He currently serves as the Director of AI Integration at Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep, where he leads school-wide efforts around the responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning. In addition to his leadership role, he continues to work directly with students as a social studies teacher, teaching U.S. History and AP U.S. Government and Politics.
His work focuses on helping educators and students understand how AI can support learning without replacing critical thinking, creativity, or authentic student work. He develops AI literacy initiatives, professional development for teachers, instructional resources, policies and frameworks for responsible AI use, and practical strategies for integrating emerging technologies into the classroom. His experience as both a classroom teacher and AI integration leader allows him to approach educational technology from the perspective of the educators and students who use it every day.

Tedd Hawks holds an MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from Northwestern University and is a certified book coach through Author Accelerator. He has also self-published seven books across multiple genres, including murder mystery, sci-fi, LGBTQ+ YA, and literary fiction. In his coaching practice, Tedd guides authors through book planning, developmental editing, organizational storytelling, and navigating both traditional and hybrid publishing paths.
